How much does shipping cost?

 

All orders under $100.00 will have a flat rate of $4.95 for courier delivery. Any orders that come to $100 or more will receive free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

If we have your item in stock, you will receive it the following day. If we have to order in your item from our supplier, we will receive it the following day and then post it out to you. If our supplier does not have an item in stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it will take to arrive and give you the option of a refund if you are not willing to wait for it to arrive.

 

How do I know what size to order?

 

Please click on the Size Guidelines option on the left of the screen to find a shoe conversion chart and other guidelines to help you select the correct size. Generally the dancewear (leotard, cardigans, pants) follow regular clothing sizes i.e size 4 will fit a 4 year old. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with choosing sizes.

 

Can I exchange an item if I order the wrong size?

 

If you receive your dancewear item and discover that it is not the right size, please contact us immediately. We are happy for your to return the item to us as long as it has not been worn and it is in the same condition as we sent it to you. You may be required to cover costs of extra postage needed to exchange items.

 

Can I pick up my order in person if I live in Auckland?

 

If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us to arrange this. Pick up is from Birkenhead, North Shore, Auckland.
